Foods for Good Sleep

These foods can make your sleep a good one

1. Warm Milk:

I remember how my mother used to give me a glass full of warm milk before bed, and that definitely used to put me to sleep pretty quickly. Scientific theory behind this is that milk also contains that tryptophan amino acid, and for most people, the warm liquid provides a soothing effect

2. Eggs:

Eggs are rich source of protein, High-protein foods promote sleep, and they also fight acid reflux, That’s important, since heartburn at night makes sleep difficult. So try having Eggs in dinner that has more benefits that you would have ever thought.

3. Bananas:

Bananas work more or less same way as milk. This fruit is rich source of potassium and Vitamin B6, which needed to make melatonin, sleep inducing hormone. Have a banana before going to bed and sleep through the night.

4.Oatmeal:

Oatmeal is a part of breakfast for lot of people. It is rich in carbohydrates so works very well as a dinner item too. Carbohydrates cause release of Serotonin Hormone in the body, which is a “feel good” hormone. It decreases stress and clams down senses.

Thank-You!
